Focus kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Kids BJJ) program
The Focus kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, for youth & children in the greater Minneapolis area, offers tailored kids bjj programs for different age groups. Jiu Jitsu for kids is based on each child’s individual needs. We tailor the instruction to build a solid foundation of movements and techniques that build confidence, self-esteem, and a focus on sportsmanship.
The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor will focus the jiu jitsu kids around specific drills for the day.
Focus Jiu Jitsu classes for kids
- Classes being with instructor lead stretching and a fun physical warm up
- Next, the instructor will lead teach specific drills for the day
- Finally, children will practice grappling & play fighting with light contac
