Focus Kid Karate & Sensei Mary Nelson

Mary Nelson has been teaching confidence building kid karate & Martial Arts in Edina for 18 years. She has a Black Belt in both Karate and Tae Kwon Do. Plus, she holds a Masters Degree in Education from Bowling Green State University.

Over the years Sensei Nelson has worked with hundreds of families. Her Focus kid karate program has taught success and lifes skills to children as young as three years old. Mary Nelson is also a loving wife and mother of three children. She understands the importance of family values.
